Products and Compatibility
RePodCase products are physical handheld cases for compatible Apple Watch models. An Apple Watch is not included. The case is not a standalone music player, phone or location tracker; those features come from the watch and depend on its model, connection, services and settings.
Classic uses zinc alloy and comes in White, Yellow, Red, Black and Silver. The 40, 41, 42, 44, 45 and 46mm options use the classic profile; the 49mm option has a different raised-frame profile. Precision uses aluminum alloy and comes in Titanium-tone and Black. Titanium-tone describes the finish, not the metal. Both offered designs use quick release.
Check the exact watch model as well as its case size. A matching size alone does not establish compatibility.
Prices, Currency and Taxes
Unless a product page states otherwise, prices are shown in US dollars. The price and any applicable delivery charge shown before an order is submitted are the prices that apply to that order. We may change prices or product availability before an order is accepted.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to buy the selected case. We may need to verify product availability, delivery details, payment authorization or compatibility information before accepting it. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it, whichever occurs first.
We may cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, a price or listing has an obvious error, payment is not authorized, delivery cannot be arranged, or doing so is required for security or legal reasons. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, we will arrange the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is dispatched. Payment processing is provided by the payment provider selected at checkout; do not send payment-card, wallet-password or account-security details to our support email.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched the day after payment is received. This is the dispatch time, not the delivery date; transit time begins after dispatch.
Orders ship directly from China by air freight, with free standard shipping to supported destinations. Estimated US transit is approximately one week after dispatch; arrival dates are not guaranteed. Please read the Shipping and Returns page for delivery information.
Returns and Refunds
The Shipping and Returns page sets out our voluntary return conditions. Any non-excludable consumer rights continue to apply.
Warranty and Product Issues
For 30 calendar days after delivery, contact support@repodcase.com about a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect case. Include the order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy, which can include a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
The Shipping and Returns page describes the voluntary return process. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Website Content and Third-Party Marks
RePodCase content, product descriptions, images and design are provided for shopping and information about our cases. Do not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
Apple and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. RePodCase is an independent case brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
Applicable Rights and Disputes
These terms do not limit consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you. If a concern arises, contact us first at support@repodcase.com with the relevant order or product details so that we can try to resolve it directly.

RePodCase listings are for the case and the items expressly stated in the selected product's box contents. Apple Watch is not included unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.
Compatibility applies to the watch-and-case combinations listed for that product. Product photographs showing other devices or props do not make those items part of the order.
